# Anton Marrero > Anton Marrero is an IT entrepreneur and startup advisor, a co-founder of Softline and Intecracy Group, and a member of the Supervisory Board of Intecracy Ventures. This is his personal website. The site is intentionally English-only. Canonical pages have no language prefix; there are no translated versions. It presents Anton's business biography, first-person perspectives on technology and entrepreneurship, and a preliminary startup application. It is not a directory of all Intecracy Group services or an offer of guaranteed funding. The links below use the site's Markdown representation. Each page includes its canonical HTML URL in the `url` front-matter field. The same content is available as HTML without the `.md` suffix; `/index.md` is the homepage. Public pages also accept `Accept: text/markdown`. The startup application is intended for founders to describe their product, stage, problem and support needs. Its completion and privacy notice are on the homepage. The existence of the form does not imply an investment commitment. ## Essential pages - [Home and expertise](https://marrero.com.ua/index.md): Anton's focus, experience and startup application. - [Business biography](https://marrero.com.ua/biography.md): Softline, Intecracy Group, Intecracy Ventures and Intecrator. - [Insights](https://marrero.com.ua/blog.md): published articles on startups, technology, investment and business building. - [Site map](https://marrero.com.ua/site-map.md): all current public articles and key pages. - [Privacy Policy](https://marrero.com.ua/privacy.md): information about data submitted through the startup application. ## Published insights - [Why Enterprise Sales Kills More Startups Than Bad Products Do](https://marrero.com.ua/blog/why-enterprise-sales-kills-startups.md): Your product works.
